200g flour
7 g baking powder
50g sugar
1 pinch of salt
150g butter lemon peel
3 yolks
400g Greek yogurt
30g cornstarch
3 egg whites
1 pinch of salt
1/2 tablespoon lemon juice 100g icing sugar
100g gooseberry .


1. Crumbles: In a bowl, combine flour, baking powder, sugar and salt. Then add the grated butter, lemon zest and egg yolks. Mix well and make a smooth paste. Refrigerate for about 30 minutes.

2. Filling: In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt with the cornstarch, set aside. In another bowl, whisk the egg whites with the lemon juice and salt. Add to yogurt and mix well.

3. Spread 3/4 of the dough in a mold, add the cream, the currant (mix them first with the icing sugar) and finally cover with the grated dough.

4. Bake at 180° for 40-45 minutes. 5. Cut and enjoy this amazing dessert.
