INGREDIENTS:
2 cups ground vanilla cookie
100 grams melted unsalted butter
1 Can NESTLÉ
Condensed Milk
1/2 cup blended strawberries juice of 3 lemons
4 Egg Yolk Units
1 cup sliced strawberries
PREPARATION:
Mix the biscuit with the butter and arrange it at the bottom of the mould. Press with the help of a spoon.
For the filling, mix the condensed milk, the blended strawberries, the lemon juice, the yolks and pour it into the cookie base.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 10 minutes.
Remove and let cool.
Decorate the entire top of the pie with sliced strawberries.
