RECIPE:

For the base mix together in bowl :
• 100 gr oat flour or MIXED oats
• 50 gr grated coconut
• 1 tbsp melted coconut oil
• 100 ml plant milk
• 2 tbsp maple syrup
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 pinch salt


Then press the mixture in a small baking pan lined with parchment paper and put in the freezer for about 30-45 minutes or until FIRM!

For the date caramel mix together in a food

processor:


• 10 dry dates (cut)
• 2 heaped tbsp natural peanut butter
• 40-50 ml water
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
Then add in 20-25 gr of peanuts and stir everything.

Spread the caramel over the base and put back in the freezer for about 30-45 minutes.
Then cover with melted chocolate (+- 70gr + 1 tbsp coconut oil).

Put back in the freezer for about 2-3 hours!!
Store in the freezer or fridge! Enjoy
