150 g of smoothie biscuits
100 g of melted butter
1 kg of yogurt
200 g of sugar
45 g of flour
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
150 g dulce de leche
In a bowl, mix the grated biscuits with the melted butter.
Crush the mixture in a mold then bake at 160 degrees for 15 minutes.
Mix the yogurt with the sugar, flour and vanilla extract. Then add the eggs.
Mix all the ingredients well then pour the mixture over the base.
Bake at 320°F (160°) for 50/60 minutes. Then wait a few hours before cutting it and garnishing it as you wish.
