2 cups of self-rising flour
1 cup of sugar
1/2 cup of oil
1.Preheat the oven to 180 ºC.
2.Cut the mandarins into wedges and remove the seeds.
3.In the blender glass add the tangerines, oil, eggs and sugar and blend at medium speed until foamy.
- Sift the self-rising flour into a bowl and gradually add the contents of the blender glass while you mix everything with soft and enveloping movements.
- Oil and flour a 22 cm mold, add the mixture obtained and place in the oven for 45 minutes. To know if it is ready you have to click in the center with a toothpick or a knife if it comes out clean you can take it out of the oven.
6.Once ready, wait a few minutes before unmolding and then let it continue to cool on kitchen paper or a cake rack.
