200g sugar
3 cups of heavy cream
1 stick of unsalted butter
1 chocolate bar
1 package of cornstarch cookies
3 tablespoons vanilla essence
3 yolks


Paper a removable container with plastic and place a layer of cookies moistened with vanilla (you can also with milk).

Reserve. In a mixer put the butter, sugar and mix for 10 minutes. Then gradually add the yolks.

When the cream is homogeneous, add the milk cream and mix with a spoon. Pour all the cream over the layer of cookies and place another layer of cookies (also moistened with vanilla) and take it to the freezer for 6 hours.

Then, the chocolate bar is melted in a bain-marie and mixed with the milk cream. Pour over the cake and decorate with grated chocolate.
