4 Ferrero chocolates
60g of butter Filling
15 Ferrero chocolates
500 ml whipping cream
200g cream cheese
3 sachets of curd
First we prepare the base by crushing the cookies with the chocolates.
Add the butter and mix. Pour this mixture into the bottom of a springform pan and flatten well.
We leave it in the fridge for a while. While we make the filling, we put the 15 chocolates and crush them.
Add the cream, cheese, sugar and curd sachets, and mix. Then we heat 8 minutes at 100º C.
This mixture can be made in a saucepan by heating the mixture over low heat and stirring constantly until thick.
Pour the mixture over the biscuit base and let it set for a few hours. We crush the cookies and the chocolates.
Add the butter and pour the mixture into a mold. For the filling, crush the chocolates. Add the rest of the ingredients and heat.
Pour the mixture over the biscuit base and allow to cool before storing in the fridge.
