INGREDIENTS:

4 eggs
4 tablespoons of butter
1 and ½ cups of sugar
2 cups of wheat flour
1 cup of hot milk
1 cup of chocolate powder
1 tablespoon of baking powder (soup)

FILLING INGREDIENTS:

1 can of condensed milk
1 glass of coconut milk
1 glass of milk (use the glass of coconut milk as a measure)
1 fresh coconut grated in the coarse drain

COVERAGE:

1 can of condensed milk
1 glass of milk
6 tablespoons of chocolate powder granules for decoration.

METHOD OF PREPARATION:

Beat the egg whites and reserve. Beat the egg yolks, butter and sugar until they form a fluffy cream. Gradually add the wheat flour, mixed with the chocolate, always alternating with the hot milk, so that the dough does not get heavy.

Then mix the baking powder. Lastly, gently add to the reserved egg whites. Pour the batter into a greased and floured baking pan and bake for about 35 minutes.

READY FILL MODE:

Bring all the ingredients in a large saucepan to the heat, stirring constantly until the filling becomes consistent and creamy, the time is approximately 10 to 15 minutes, but only remove from the heat when the milk in the recipe thickens.

HOW TO PREPARE THE COVER:

Bring the condensed milk, the milk and the chocolate to the fire, always stirring until it reaches the soft brigadeiro point.
