INGREDIENTS:

4 eggs

250g of sugar

130g Butter (melted)

180g of milk

Vanilla Extract 

350g of flour

16g of yeast powder 

Powdered Sugar

PREPARATION:

1. In a bowl add the eggs, and sugar and mix with a blender until sugar dissolves. Add butter, milk and mix again.

2. Add the vanilla essence, baking powder and flour gradually and mix again until there are no lumps.

3. Pour mixture into cake mold (26 cm – size of mold) oiled with flour and bake in the oven at 180°C/360°F for 40 minutes.

4. Take the cake out of the oven, let it cool completely and garnish with powdered sugar.
