1 cup of cajeta
1 package of white cake flour
1/2 cup Nesquik strawberry flavor powder
1 cup of corn oil
1 cup of water
1 can of condensed milk
1 can of evaporated milk
1/2 cup Abuelita powdered chocolate
1. For the strawberry cake; Cover the bottom of a previously greased and floured cake pan with the cajeta. Whisk the white cake flour with the next 4 ingredients.
2. For the chocolate flan, blend the condensed milk with the evaporated milk, the eggs and the Abuelita chocolate powder.
3. Empty in the prepared mold with the strawberry cake mixture and pour, little by little, the chocolate flan mixture. Cover the mold with aluminum foil and bake in a bain-marie for 1 to 1 ½ hours. Remove from the oven, let cool, unmold and ready.
