Deets:

*60g cacao powder 
*300g flour (plain)
*130g coconut sugar 
*3/4 tsp baking soda
*2 tsp baking powder
*Pinch of salt
*350ml plant milk + 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
*6 tbsp it or 2 flaxeggs
*60g melted coconut oil or vegan butter
*100ml warm water + 2-3 tsp instant coffee

Ganache:

*150ml coconut milk
*150g chocolate

Method:

🍫preheat oven to 180 and line 2 8” tins
🍫mix milk and apple cider. Let curdle
🍫sift flour, cacao, baking soda, baking powder, salt. Add sugar and mix.
🍫add all wet to dry
🍫pour into tins and bake 28-30mins or until cake tester inserted comes out clean
🍫once cooled, make ganache (heat coconut milk, remove from heat, stir through choc)
🍫decorate and cover in granola

note: granola will soften overtime
