1/2 cup (125 ml) unsalted margarine, relaxed
1 1/4 cups (310 ml) sugar
2 teaspoons (10 ml) vanilla concentrate
2 eggs
2 cups (500 ml) flour
2 teaspoons (10 ml) baking powder
1 squeeze salt
1/4 cup (60 ml) plain yogurt
1/2 cup (125 ml) milk

1 cup (250 ml) unsalted margarine, relaxed
1 1/2 cups (375 ml) icing sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons (7.5 ml) vanilla concentrate

1 cup (250 ml) unsalted margarine, relaxed
1 cup (250 ml) icing sugar
1/4 cup (60 ml) cocoa powder
METHOD
Preheat the broiler to 180 °C (350 °F).
Place paper liners into 10 to 12 biscuit cups.
In a bowl, cream the spread with the sugar and vanilla concentrate. Add the eggs, each in turn, beating continually.
In another bowl, consolidate the flour, baking powder, and salt. In another bowl, consolidate the yogurt and milk.
Add the dry fixings to the egg combination on the other hand with the yogurt blend.
Spoon the player into the cups, filling ¾ up the cups. Prepare in the broiler for around 30 minutes or until a toothpick embedded in the focal point of a cupcake confesses all.
Vanilla or Chocolate Frosting
