1 box fudge brownie blend (19.5 ounce or family size)
1/4 cup margarine softened
4 oz cream cheddar mellowed
1 huge egg
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup smooth peanut butter
4 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
Heat stove to 350 degrees. In a medium bowl, beat the brownie blend, spread, cream cheddar, and egg. The batter will be somewhat tacky. Scoop the batter onto an ungreased treat sheet, making around 24 treats. Smooth the edges of each to shape a round treat.
In a different bowl, blend the powdered sugar and the peanut butter until it is totally joined. Structure the combination into around 1 inch balls. Ensure you have one ball for every treat. Put away.
Prepare for the treat mixture 12 minutes, watching out to ensure the treats doesn’t overcook or half-cook.
When the treats emerge from the broiler, press a peanut butter ball daintily into the focal point of every treat. The peanut butter combination will mellow somewhat, however that is OK. Allow the treats to cool for 5 minutes, then move them to a wire rack to cool totally.
Dissolve the 4 ounces of chocolate in a microwavable bowl for 30 seconds. Mix the chocolate and dissolve for extra 15 seconds or until the chocolate is totally softened. Spoon around 1/2 a tablespoon of softened chocolate on top of every treat so it covers the peanut butter ball. Let the chocolate set. Store in an impermeable holder.
