Cranberry Cheesecake

CRANBERRY CHEESECAKEโ 

1 cup oat flourโ 
1 cup almond mealโ 
1/4 cup maple syrupโ 
3 tbsp cocoaโ 
Pinch of Himalayan saltโ 
3 spoons of coconut oilโ 
1 tbsp Ceylon cinnamonโ 
A little waterโ

Mix all and put it to fridge (min 10 min)โ 

CRANBERRY Fillingโ 
1 cup of cranberriesโ 
1 cup of thick yoghurt of your choiceโ 
1 spoon Pink Pitahayaโ 
1 tbsp of tapioca flourโ 
1 tbsp of agar agarโ

Blend cranberries. Mix all ingredients and boil it for 1 minute. Wait until room temperature and pour it to the base. Leave in the fridge for a few hours. Enjoy!โ
