COCOA chocolate cake

Ingredients :

90g of eggs;
40g of sugar;
120g of dark chocolate;
80g of butter;
20g of flour;
60g of chocolate chips,
30g of melted spread and Optional
30g of crushed hazelnuts

Preparation:

Whisk together the eggs and sugar.

Melt the butter and chocolate in the microwave and add to the egg/sugar mixture. Add the sifted flour, mix gently Then add the Nuggets and mix.

Pour into a 16cm mold (or circle), sprinkle with 10g of nuggets and crushed hazelnuts and bake for 9min at 170°C.

Leave to cool and pour the melted spread on top.
