4 medium eggs
100 grams of flour 00
50 gr of potato starch
160 grams of sugar
8 gr of vanilla yeast
80 grams of butter
1 lemon zest organic
1 pinch of salt
Powdered Sugar to Sprinkle
1. Beat eggs with sugar, then add salt and lemon peel. Stir until foamy mixture.
2. Then sift the powders and add them to the mixture, keep stirring.
3. Mix part of batter with melted butter, then add it back to mixture.
4. Pour everything into a 22cm diameter mold. Bake at 356°F (175°-180°) for 40 minutes.
